We rent our villas based on Saturday to Saturday weeks, but we are able to flex that schedule a bit and even accept a minimum 3 or 4 night stay during the slower fall season when the beaches are empty and the air and water temperatures are both in the mid 80s. Heaven on earth. :) Discounted rates are available based on time of year and length of stay. Rates are subject to an 11% Florida sales tax and are based on up to 4 guest occupancy. Extra guests are welcome at $100/guest/week. Good dogs are welcome with a $50 cleaning fee. A $200 credit card deposit reserves the villa.
